My fitness pal

So I found this app its called fitness pal tracks your calorie intake, graphs your weight your nutrients. You start by entrring your weight your fitness goals and it gives your goal  calorie intake for the day.
Then all you do I'd put your food  - this is my favorite part is it has every brand imagiable, every item you could think of.
  You also put in your excerise for that day.
At the end of each day you log your diary for the day and it tells your in so so weeks you will be this weight. I LOVE THIS APPPP.
I have been useing it for the last few days now snd I love it
I total encourage everyone who wants to lose weight it gives you a realistic view what and how much your eating.

Baked mac and cheese! Woww yummmy

One of the best, top notch comfort food! Topped with fresh bread crumbs

I changed the original recipe as iam not one to follow a recipe unless im baking.I added more goodness to it.
a pan.
1 onion
3 cloves garlic
peas
carrots
chicken strips

The cheese sauce was amazing, in a sauce pan put:

2 cups of rice milk
2 tablespoons of butter
2 cups of grated cheese
bring to a boil

After noodles are cooked put all ingredients together in a casserole dish and drizzle the cheese sauce over the top. Crushed bread crumbs over the top, melted butter over the bread crumbs. In the oven 350 for 45 mins till brown and crunchy cheese and delicious

Best Vegan Muffinnss Everrr... Fat free

Try these if you like a light yummmy muffin.
  • 2 cups flour
  • 4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups apple juice
  • 1 apple, diced
  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed

Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees and lightly grease a muffin pan
In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, cinnamon and sugar. 
Add the apple juice, apple and mashed banana and mix well.
Pour the batter into the muffin pan, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
Bake for 35-45 minutes, or until muffins raise and are golden brown. Enjoy

Sqush, potatoe and yam soup with Stuffing

Lovvveeee. I made this for Christmas Eve dinner. It was smooth creamy and delicious.
1 Vegetarian creamy butternut squash broth
1 onion
1 yam
5 mini potatoes
3 cloves of garlic
Cinnamon
ginger
nutmeg
2 cups almond milk
